How to prepare for your appointment

  • Allow 2.5 full hours for your appointment
  • Come fresh faced with no make-up. Mascara is fine, but no self-tanners or spray tans
  • If you wear contacts, we’ll get the best quality analysis if you come in colorless contacts
  • Wear a top without a hoodie or turtleneck so that the smock covers you properly
